Buckwheat Flour: A very nutritious wheat and grain free flour. As described by grainfreeliving.com in the article Is Buckwheat a Seed or a Grain?, “Buckwheat is another of the pseudo-cereal super-seeds that are often confused with being a grain because of the grain-like way they are cooked and used.  Of course, the word “wheat” in “buckwheat” also often makes people think that it is a type of wheat.  Buckwheat is in fact a seed.”


Apple: Packed full of essential nutrients that support the overall wellbeing of your best friend - fiber, B complex vitamins, potassium, calcium, Vitamin C and beta carotene which is a natural antioxidant that helps against infection.


Sweet Potatoes: Contain vitamin C, vitamin D, iron, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium. They are also a good source of potassium, dietary fiber, niacin, vitamin B1 and B2.


Spinach: Low in fat and even lower in cholesterol, spinach is high in niacin and zinc, as well as protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, E and K, thiamin, vitamin B6, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, copper and manganese.


Green Peas: A very good source of vitamin K, manganese, dietary fiber, vitamin B1, copper, vitamin C, phosphorus and folate. They are also a good source of vitamin B6, niacin, vitamin B2, molybdenum, zinc, protein, magnesium, iron, potassium and choline.


Pumpkin: Besides being a great dietary aid, Pumpkin is a rich source of minerals like copper, calcium, potassium and phosphorus. Pumpkin seeds indeed are an excellent source of dietary fiber and mono-unsaturated fatty acids, which are good for heart health.


Carrots: One of nature's best sources of beta-carotene, a precursor to vitamin A.  They also provide a premium source of fiber and are particularly rich in vitamin B group factors, vitamins C, D, E, K, and other nutrients such as calcium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium and much more.
